This is a planning-level screen from Perimeter Compute's own Inference Hub estimator, not an offer, quote, or commitment. The dollar figures include percentage rent, condenser-water tonnage charges, submetering fees, recovered waste heat, and demand-response value, all at today's placeholder rates. Every number here still needs site verification and engineering review before it's real. On the capacity side, we assume 3-phase service at 0.95 power factor, continuous-load sizing, a power usage effectiveness of 1.15, and roughly 0.28 tons and 0.48 SF of program area for every IT kW.
